SPECIAL PROCESSES
To support the slab formwork and concreting, LMC is implementing a unique and easy process through which they are saving time, cost, and also achieving the desired quality. Here is step by step process for that:
Step 1: Installation of steel framework for support
Step 2: Hydraulic Jacks were used for supporting the steel framework and to protect the concrete slab of the floor. To fix its position, they connected the adjacent framework by using steel trusses.
Step 3: After completing the upper concrete slab, they are using the crane to move the steel framework to the upper level where it will get installed in the same way. The image shows how it’s getting removed and shifted to the next floor.
Step 4: To provide extra safety, Reshores (Adjusting Jacks) are used to provide support to the completed concrete slab after removing the steel framework
24th Floor: With the finishing of base formwork for concreting, they were also started formwork of shear walls around elevator installation. Also oiling on the base formwork was in process.
23rd Floor: Done with the concreting from last week and curing was in process.
22nd Floor: Construction of story entrance for the temporary elevator was still in process. Steel framework was removed and they were shifting it to the 23rd Floor.
21st and 20th Floor: Plumbing work was started and exterior wall material to the floor was being procured.
19th and 18th Floor: Temporary roofing on the staircase was being done. The purpose is to provide a dry working surface on below stories.
17th and 16th Floor: They have completed painting of exterior part of construction and also started installing the steel frame for the partition wall.
15th, 14th, and 13th Floor: Interior wall framing is completed and Drywall installation was in process.
12th and 11th Floor: MEP layout has started. Simultaneously, they were also installing HVAC and Duct pipes.
10th, 9th, and 8th Floor: MEP (layout) is completed. HVAC and Ductwork were almost 50 percent done.
Below 7th Floor: Interior wall finishing work is in progress. Inspection of other complete work like MEP, HVAC works was going on. The work on the Stair Pressurization shaft is completed.

FLOOR PROGRESS
